Polyphenols are a category of compounds naturally found in plant foods, such as fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, tea, and wine. They can act as antioxidants, meaning they can neutralize harmful free radicals that would otherwise damage your cells.

Maqui ink is a liquid version of Anthocyanol, with standardized specifications of concentration of antioxidants in ORAC and viscosity of the liquid, which allows it to be used in 2D and 3D printing of pills on a vegetable gel substrate.

The Vegetable Seaweed Gel is purely vegetarian, coming from the red algae plant of the Chilean coast. The level of setting, porosity and absorption may behave differently if it is prepared as a sheet or as a filament depending on the type of 2D / 3D printing.
